Phomolong Memorial Parks opens in Pretoria North in 2027. We are currently building our founding-phase accredited partner programme — a select group of funeral directors who will work alongside Phomolong from the beginning.

Built on a disclosed commission.
Accredited partners receive a structured commission on every Right of Interment acquired by a family they refer. The commission is paid by Phomolong. It does not affect the price the family pays. It is disclosed to the family — in writing and in person — every time.
A standard, not a guideline.
The operational protocols governing burial day at Phomolong are documented, trained, and enforced. We expect our partners to operate within them. Funeral directors who do will find the partnership straightforward. Those who do not will not.

What we are building.
A landscaped, access-controlled memorial institution on 10.5 hectares in Pretoria North. Structured burial operations, capped at three services per day. A permanent maintenance fund built into every sale. Burial gardens, legacy terraces, and family estates designed for generations.
What we offer accredited partners.
A structured commission on plot sales. Operational clarity — documented protocols, a single on-site coordinator, and a burial day designed to reflect well on every practitioner present. And for partners who earn it over time: greater integration, priority access considerations, and a closer consultative role in how the institution develops.
